1 General Terms and Conditions

2 Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account with cg33, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online gaming is not legally prohibited in your country of residence.
• You are placing bets in your own name and with your own funds — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You have not previously been banned by cg33.
• You have, and will have, only one account.

2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at registration — including name, address, phone number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. If false information is detected, cg33 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and forfeit any remaining balance.

2.4 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each individual may hold only one cg33 account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, bank account, or ID will result in all accounts being closed and all deposited funds being forfeited.

3 Betting Rules

3.1 Bet Acceptance & Rejection

Cg33 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. A bet is not valid until it has been accepted. If a bet is accepted due to a technical error, cg33 reserves the right to void it.

3.2 Odds Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, the odds will not change. If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet will be settled according to cg33's established rules. For live betting, odds change continuously and the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.

3.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If an event starts more than 12 hours after the scheduled time, the bet will be considered void.
• Cricket matches settled via the Duckworth-Lewis method will be considered valid results.
• Bets on football matches may be voided if the match does not complete a minimum of 90 minutes.
• Bets on events cancelled due to weather or force majeure will be refunded.

3.4 Betting Limits

Cg33 sets minimum and maximum betting limits, which may vary by game and market. VIP members may enjoy higher limits. Any updates to betting limits will be communicated on the platform.

4 Payments & Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

Cg33 supports multiple deposit methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed on the platform. cg33 is not responsible for failed transactions resulting from incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. Processing typically takes 24–72 hours. VIP members receive priority processing.

• Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

Cg33 supports transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For foreign currency transactions, the applicable exchange rate will be displayed on the platform and third-party fees may apply.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked inactive after 12 consecutive months of no activity. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to the balance of inactive accounts. Contact support to reactivate your account.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus amount and terms may change from time to time. To receive the bonus, the designated promo code must be applied and the minimum deposit requirement must be met.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. For example, a ৳100 BDT bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means ৳1,000 BDT must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

• Bets placed with bonus balance on slots count 100% toward the wagering requirement.
• Live Casino wagers count at 50% and Sports Betting wagers count at 100%.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent claiming of bonuses across multiple accounts is found, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.
